Placements24 is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury resort in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will lead multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets, driving revenue while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional service, a flair for innovative menus and beverage programs, and the ability to inspire a vibrant F&B team in a beautiful coastal destination.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in food and beverage management, preferably in resort/hotel settings.
• Experience leading multiple F&B outlets and coordinating across departments.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine and spirits with creative menu development skills.
• Excellent financial management skills, including P&L, budgeting and cost control.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and F&B management software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs aligned with resort strategy and market trends.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu creation and food quality.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and monitor financial performance of all F&B outlets.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities for F&B outlets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
