With 4-5 years in fine dining leadership, you will manage budgets, beverage offerings, and staff development, partnering with the Head Chef to elevate the guest experience in a premier coastal setting.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar in fine dining
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities
• Deep knowledge of fine dining service standards, beverages, and wine
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and profitability
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including front-of-house, staffing, and guest relations.
• Maintain highest service, presentation, and guest-satisfaction standards.
• Train and develop front-of-house teams in service etiquette and wine pairing.
• Develop strategies to maximise profitability and control labour and inventory costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on menu development and beverage selections.
• Manage reservations, seating flow and overall service pace.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain ambience and presentation aligned with fine dining standards.
