The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with 7+ years in resort/hotel management, proven budget control and leadership, plus experience with PMS and hotel software. Executive bonus structure and housing options available.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, recreation, and guest services.
