Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all resort F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets and room service.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs.

About the Role Our client, a premier seaside resort, is seeking an experienced and visionary Food and Beverage Manager to lead its diverse culinary operations in Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This exciting role encompasses overseeing multiple restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting facilities, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gastronomy, a strong understanding of cost control, and the ability to inspire and manage a large F&B team. You will be responsible for developing innovative menus, maintaining impeccable service standards, and driving profitability within the department. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and F&B management software.
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in Mossel Bay, Western Cape .
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
