Placements24 is seeking a Beach Resort Manager for a premier coastal destination in Mossel Bay. You will oversee all resort operations, from accommodation to F&B and guest services, ensuring exceptional experiences and a strong revenue focus.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with 7+ years in resort/hotel management, proven budget control and leadership, plus experience with PMS and hotel software. Executive bonus structure and housing options available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related business field.
• 7+ years in resort or hotel management with a strong guest services and operations background.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hotel operational software.

• Oversee all resort operations including accommodation, food and beverage, recreation, and guest services.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.
• Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of resort staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure the resort is impeccably maintained and adheres to safety and environmental practices.
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and community partners.
