Placements24 is seeking an experienced Resort Operations Manager for a premier coastal resort in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. The role oversees daily operations across accommodation, F&B, leisure and guest services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong profitability on-site.

You will lead department heads, manage budgets, implement service standards, and drive seasonal plans. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in hospitality, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to cost control

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in hospitality management, with 4+ years in a senior operations role.
• Proven profitability and cost-control track record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Proficient in PMS and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all resort operations across departments.
• Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue growth.
• Lead department heads and staff with a service culture.
