Job summary

Agent Advisory is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive support and clear, value-driven communication. The role focuses on understanding client goals, anticipating needs, and delivering a seamless experience across touchpoints.

You will act as the main point of contact, coordinate across teams, and contribute to client success initiatives, including onboarding and ongoing engagement for YouTube-based programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role (Client Success, Support, or similar).
• Based in South Africa and eligible to work locally.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.
• Proactively manage communications to drive satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Identify opportunities to add value by understanding client needs and goals.
• Provide timely, professional support and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain client records and logs using CRM tools.
• Support onboarding and ongoing client success initiatives.
• Assist clients in YouTube-based programs and manage timelines and deliverables.
