Job summary

Secure Line Marketing is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the main point of contact for our US-based fence and deck contractor clients. You will nurture relationships with warmth, listen to goals, and ensure weekly progress updates.

Collaborate with SEO, Google Ads, and web teams to deliver on promises, manage expectations, and schedule monthly review calls. The role requires 2+ years in account management or customer success and strong organizational and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or customer success.
• Experience at a marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.
• Proficient with CRM and project management tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients, handling all communication on their accounts with patience and care.
• Get to know each client personally, their goals and what a win looks like for them.
• Provide weekly progress updates, deliverables and wins to clients.
• Hold monthly review calls to walk clients through results and plans for the month ahead.
• Collaborate with operations and delivery teams (SEO, ads, web) to keep accounts organized and on track.
