FirstRand Limited's FNB Points of Presence is looking for a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor. In a high‑volume branch, you will provide compliant financial advice, welcome existing clients, and tailor solutions to their financial needs.

You will build long‑term relationships, meet sales and service targets, and uphold FAIS, FICA and TCF standards while delivering excellent customer experience. This role offers growth in a dynamic team and local market impact.

Qualifikationen

• FAIS and TCF awareness and client-centric advice
• Experience meeting sales, service and compliance targets
• Strong understanding of client needs and financial advice principles

Aufgaben

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs
• Connect with customers by living up to the brand promise of "how can we help you?"
• Analyze customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client goals and in accordance with FAIS requirements
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
• Conduct yourself in an ethical manner
• Take accountability for your own performance, personal and career development
• Show empathy to customers
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups within agreed turnaround times
