Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB Points of Presence in Bloemfontein is seeking Branch Advisors to deliver exceptional service in a high-volume branch. You will engage with walk-in and existing clients, offering suitable banking solutions while adhering to FAIS, FICA, TCF, and governance standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services, Grade 12, and a proactive, ethical approach to advising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services.
• Grade 12 (NQF 4) with FAIS compliance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAIS, TCF and customer-centric advisory principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant financial advice and educate customers on banking solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with governance standards.
• Meet sales, service, and compliance targets in a high-volume branch environment.
