Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4; preferred NQF 5 in banking or related fields.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services.
• Knowledge of FAIS, TCF and client-centric advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice for walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers on the Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Connect with customers by living the brand promise: how can we help you?, at all times.
• Analyze customer data to provide solutions aligned to financial goals and FAIS requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Conduct yourself ethically and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
