FirstRand Limited's FNB Points of Presence in Vryheid is hiring a Branch Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build relationships, educate customers, and drive sales and service targets in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF standards.

Responsibilities include managing client records, handling leads, and providing a positive customer experience while staying abreast of product knowledge. Full-time position with career growth opportunities and equity plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS-recognized field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF and client-centric advice.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.
• Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups within turnaround times.
