Job summary

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong banking product knowledge and the ability to support branch growth and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• FAIS Fit and Proper requirements must be met.
• 3–4 years’ experience in branch banking or client-facing sales.
• Proven sales track record with cross-selling experience.
• Strong understanding of KYC, POPIA and FAIS requirements.
• Knowledge of banking products and account opening processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across branch and related channels to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant banking products.
• Open, amend, transfer and close client accounts per procedures and risk controls.
• Assess client needs via account conduct and supporting information to provide informed recommendations.
• Educate clients on banking processes, digital channels and product features.
• Maintain records and contribute to a high-performing branch environment.
