Job summary

You will open, amend and close accounts, promote banking products, and educate clients on digital channels, ensuring accurate records and risk controls in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience in branch banking or client-facing sales.
• Proven sales track record with cross-selling and growth targets.
• Strong understanding of banking products, account opening, and processing.
• Experience in a regulated environment with risk, compliance, KYC/POPIA/FAIS.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across branch channels to understand needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities, promote relevant products, and contribute to branch growth.
• Open, amend, transfer and close client accounts following procedures and controls.
• Educate clients on banking processes, digital channels, and product features.
• Maintain accurate records and support a high-performing branch environment.
