Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Grade 12 education required.
• Ability to handle credit card transactions and operate the POS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across the shop and over the phone.
• Upsell to increase customer transaction spend and promote promotions.
• Process POS and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and merchandising throughout the day.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and end-of-shift till procedures.
