Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and compassionate Remote Intake Specialist to act as a Case Manager for new clients. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact, conduct initial assessments, and guide clients through the intake process, ensuring accurate assessments and appropriate service matching.

You will work in a virtual environment, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining detailed client records in the CRM, and providing referrals to suitable resources
