Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and compassionate Remote Intake Specialist to act as a Case Manager for new clients. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact, conduct initial assessments, and guide clients through the intake process, ensuring accurate assessments and appropriate service matching.

You will work in a virtual environment, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining detailed client records in the CRM, and providing referrals to suitable resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in case management or client intake, preferably remote.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Zoom or Microsoft Teams and case management software.
• Strong data management and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client assessments via secure video calls and phone.
• Gather documentation for client files and input into CRM.
• Determine eligibility for support programs and refer to services.
• Provide information and referrals to internal and external resources.
• Ensure a positive intake experience for new clients.
