Job summary

Sanlam Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Retail Mass segment in Mahikeng. You will grow the customer base and revenue by developing and executing the branch strategy, while guiding Sales Consultants to deliver on targets in line with the plan.

You will lead a service delivery culture, ensure compliance and risk management, and manage day-to-day operations, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement to foster a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) completed.
• RE1 and RE5 registrations.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual).
• Compliant with CPD cycles.
• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience, 3+ in leadership.
• Service Management experience is essential.
• Credit and lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants.
• Lead a service delivery culture for optimal client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and branch strategy.
• Ensure branch sales delivery and service culture.
• Ensure compliance, quality and risk management.
• Manage direct reports with HR collaboration.
• Plan and report monthly on sales and service activities.
• Engage key internal and external stakeholders to build relationships.
