Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is seeking a Branch Manager to grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass by developing and overseeing the execution of the branch strategy. The role includes guiding Sales Consultants and leading a service delivery culture to ensure an optimal client experience.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance and risk management, and collaborate with HR on talent management, performance, and development.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and RE1/RE5 where applicable.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised tertiary qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual) and CPD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass.
• Guide and standardise activities and goals of Sales Consultants.
• Lead service delivery culture within the branch.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and management of the Retail branch.
• Ensure branch strategy development, business planning, compliance and risk management.
• Plan and report monthly sales and service activities.
• Engage key stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
