Sanlam Limited is recruiting an experienced Branch Manager in Pretoria to grow branches by implementing the Retail Mass strategy. You will guide Sales Consultants, drive service excellence, ensure compliance, and manage daily branch operations. A leadership track record in financial services and CPD compliance is essential.

The role focuses on building relationships, controlling risks, and delivering growth through effective people management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• RE1 and RE5 credentials are required.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual).
• CPD current and past cycles compliance.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass by executing the branch strategy.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants.
• Lead a service delivery culture for optimal client experience.
• Oversee daily maintenance and management of the Retail branch.
• Drive branch sales delivery and service culture.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management.
• Manage direct reports with HR collaboration on development and performance.
• Plan and report monthly sales and service activities.
• Engage with Area Managers, Business Owners, and community forums.
