Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and industry-accepted certificates are required.
• RE1/RE5 registrations and ongoing CPD compliance.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue through branch strategy execution.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants in the branch.
• Lead a service delivery culture for optimal client experience.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and business planning.
• Ensure sales delivery, service culture, compliance, quality and risk.
• Handle HR-related people practices for direct reports with HR collaboration.
• Plan and report monthly sales and service activities.
• Identify stakeholders and develop engagement tactics.
