Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets in Cape Town invites an experienced Branch Manager to grow the customer base and revenue by developing and executing the Retail Branch strategy. You will guide, align and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to deliver consistent results.

Focus on service delivery, compliance and risk management while managing day-to-day branch operations. You will engage stakeholders, lead performance development, and drive data-driven decisions to exceed targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification is required.
• RE1 and RE5 registrations are required.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual) is required.
• CPD compliance across cycles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue by implementing branch strategy.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants.
• Lead a service delivery culture and client experience.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations and planning.
• Ensure sales delivery, compliance, quality and risk management.
• Oversee HR-related processes in collaboration with the HR team.
• Plan and report monthly on sales and service activities.
• Engage key stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
