Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets is seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategy, sales and branch operations across its retail network. You will develop business plans, lead activations, and ensure high quality customer service while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

A strong track record in sales leadership and stakeholder engagement is essential. The role requires at least five years in the financial sector with three in a leadership capacity, plus FAIS/RE5-RE1 credentials and CPD compliance.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and FAIS RE5/RE1 are required.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or a tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
• Class of Business compliant per product category (annual).
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD) compliant; meet fit and proper requirements.
