About the Role

Our client, a charming boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque town of Paarl, Western Cape, is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Operations Supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site position vital to the day-to-day success of the hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing various operational departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage service, ensuring guests receive an exceptional and seamless experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and staff to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in the beautiful Paarl region. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute directly to the guest experience in a unique and intimate hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of front desk, housekeeping, and F&B service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing high-quality service and promptly addressing any concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and F&B service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Experience in the Paarl or Western Cape region is advantageous.
