• 1–2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-service role.
• Experience with dealer management systems essential.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Book vehicles in for services and repairs.
• Open and manage job cards.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop staff.
• Provide customers with updates on vehicle progress.
• Prepare and explain quotations where required.
• Follow up with customers regarding additional repairs.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
