Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a prestigious Cape Town dealership. You will be the primary contact for customers, guiding their service experience from check-in to pick-up.

This role requires excellent communication, strong knowledge of automotive systems, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will translate service needs into clear work orders and keep customers informed about progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive service management software is advantageous.
