The Talent Room is seeking a Service Advisor to join our client’s team in George, Western Cape. You will welcome customers, understand their vehicle service and repair needs, and coordinate bookings with the workshop.

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer-service role.
• Experience with dealer management systems essential.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
