Confirm customer requirements, repair scope, timing, and mobility needs, balancing workshop capacity and parts availability.
Validate repair requirements through diagnosis, vehicle inspection, and test drives where necessary.
Create comprehensive job orders in the DMS, utilizing up-to-date technical, repair, and parts information.
Coordinate parts, technicians, tools, and equipment to support timely completion of repairs.
Obtain customer approval for additional work and communicate repair progress or delays effectively.
Verify repair quality through final checks and test drives, initiating corrective actions when needed.
Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up until resolution.
Support field analysis and product concern resolution with accurate DISS workshop findings.
Conduct vehicle safety and roadworthiness assessments, ensuring unsafe vehicles are identified and repaired.
Keep customers informed of repairs, safety concerns, and required corrective measures.
3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive service advisory role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and customer service standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively on-site within a fast-paced environment.
