Job summary

Manpower Group seeks an experienced AI workflow designer to architect autonomous AI workflows and enterprise integrations in a dynamic, in-person environment with limited hybrid flexibility. You will drive RAG-based systems, REST API orchestration, and multi-platform data flows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, ensure high reliability, and deliver measurable ROI through scalable automation and modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with AI agents and LLM orchestration.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and voice-based AI systems.
Strong proficiency in REST APIs and webhook-based architectures.
Ability to map, process, and transform data using Python and Excel.
Experience integrating with CRM and messaging platform APIs.

Responsibilities

Design and build multi-step, autonomous AI workflows.
Enable AI agents to manage full customer journeys such as lead qualification, follow-ups, and complex query handling.
Lead integrations with CRMs, payment gateways, and communication APIs.
Architect seamless connections between AI systems and enterprise tools.
Develop and orchestrate workflows using webhooks and triggers.
Ensure real-time data synchronisation across systems and AI agents.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Build testing frameworks to ensure stability and edge-case handling.
Monitor and optimise deployed solutions using data-driven insights.
