Qualifications

- Experience analyzing and documenting processes.
- Knowledge of workflow automation concepts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities and requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement workflows.
- Monitor performance and drive ongoing optimization.
- Support user training and adoption and assist with troubleshooting.
