Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI agents and LLM orchestration.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and voice-based AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs and webhook-based architectures.
• Ability to map, process, and transform data using Python and Excel.
• Experience integrating with CRM and messaging platform APIs.

• Design and build multi-step autonomous AI workflows.
• Enable AI agents to manage customer journeys such as lead qualification and complex query handling.
• Lead integrations with CRMs, payment gateways, and communication APIs.
• Develop and orchestrate event-driven workflows using webhooks and triggers.
