Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Integrator in South Africa to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that fit into existing business processes. You will work with AI agents, copilots, automations, and retrieval-augmented systems to drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, tailor solutions to client data, and help organizations navigate new AI-enabled ways of working, with a focus on adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in process design, systems integration, digital transformation, or related area.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, copilots, automation platforms, or workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, and AI lifecycle processes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client workflows and business requirements to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Coordinate pilot implementations involving AI copilots, agents, and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows for client data and processes.
• Integrate prompts, memory, UIs, and AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, and support systems.
• Ensure user-facing agents deliver appropriate behavior, tone, and usability.
• Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and refine workflows post-launch.
• Support change management and client enablement activities.
• Document systems and implementation processes for clarity and scalability.
• Coordinate activities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
