Job summary

Manpower Group is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to design multi-step autonomous AI workflows and enable agents to manage full customer journeys. • Ability to map, process, and transform data using Python and Excel.
• Experience integrating with CRM and messaging platform APIs.

• Design and build multi-step, autonomous AI workflows
• Enable AI agents to manage full customer journeys such as lead qualification, follow-ups, and complex query handling

Enterprise Systems Integration

• Lead integrations with critical platforms such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), payment gateways, and communication APIs
• Architect seamless connections between AI systems and enterprise tools

Consultative Scoping

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executives

Testing & Reliability

• Build and execute testing frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy
• Design systems that handle edge cases and incorporate human-in-the-loop processes where required

Performance & ROI Tracking

Requirements
