Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with AI agents and LLM orchestration.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and voice-based AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs and webhook-based architectures.
• Ability to map, process, and transform data using Python and Excel.
• Experience integrating with CRM and messaging platform APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-step, autonomous AI workflows.
• Enable AI agents to manage full customer journeys such as lead qualification, follow-ups, and complex query handling.
• Lead integrations with critical platforms such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), payment gateways, and communication APIs.
• Architect seamless connections between AI systems and enterprise tools.
• Develop and orchestrate workflows using webhooks and triggers.
• Ensure real-time data synchronisation across systems and AI agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executives.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and execute testing frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy.
• Design systems that handle edge cases and incorporate human-in-the-loop processes where required.
• Monitor and optimise deployed solutions.
• Use data-driven insights to demonstrate impact and continuously improve performance.
