Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Sales Executive for Venezuela, to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across multiple regional accounts. Based in one of our strategic hubs, you will manage key distributors and guide a dedicated sales force to maximize sales and ensure perfect 5Ps execution.

You will travel across Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, Puerto La Cruz, Puerto Ordaz, Mérida and Anzoátegui, building strong relationships, analyzing market dynamics, and delivering revenue growth while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company with market dynamics understanding.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for daily travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts.
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with customers.
• Directly oversee the performance of distributors and their sales teams.
• Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities and ensure 5Ps execution.
• Drive distribution and coverage objectives across channels.
