Colgate-Palmolive Company in Venezuela seeks a Sales Executive to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across assigned accounts in Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, and other cities. This field-based role focuses on maximizing sales performance and ensuring flawless 5Ps execution across channels.

You will oversee distributors and partner with sales teams to build relationships, visit key customers, and identify market opportunities across wholesale, store, and RE channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Demonstrated CP G experience with market dynamics.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts.
• Manage strategic relationships with customers and drive negotiations.
• Oversee four distributors and their Sales/Marketing teams.
• Conduct frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities and ensure 5Ps execution.
• Drive distribution and coverage in Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels.
