Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Sales Executive for Venezuela to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across assigned accounts in Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, and other hubs. You will manage distributors, guide sales teams, and ensure execution of the 5Ps to maximise brand reach and profitability.

The role demands strong leadership, relationship-building, and strategic thinking with experience in fast-moving consumer goods.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company with knowledge of market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Owns a reliable vehicle for daily business travel across the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve financial metrics, sales objectives, and market share growth.
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships between the company and its customers, serving as the primary point of contact for business development and negotiations.
• Directly oversee the performance of four distributors and their assigned Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and operational excellence.
• Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and guarantee accurate 5Ps execution at the point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage objectives within the Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to increase brand presence and consumer reach.
