Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Sales Executive for Venezuela to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across multiple regional accounts. The role covers Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, and other hubs, with field-based responsibilities to maximize sales performance and ensure flawless 5Ps execution.

You will manage key distributors and guide a dedicated sales force, leveraging leadership and strategic planning to translate daily challenges into innovative business solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for daily travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve financial metrics, sales objectives, and market share growth.
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships between the company and its customers, serving as the primary point of contact for business development and negotiations.
• Directly oversee the performance of four distributors and their assigned Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and operational excellence.
• Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and guarantee accurate 5Ps execution at the point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage objectives within the Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to increase brand presence and consumer reach.
