Colgate-Palmolive Company seeks a Sales Executive for Venezuela to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across assigned accounts in multiple cities.

You will manage distributor relationships, guide a field sales force, and ensure flawless execution of the 5Ps at the point of sale, while maximizing sales performance and market share across channels. Travel across the territory is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company with market dynamics understanding.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and owns a reliable vehicle for daily travel.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts.
• Manage strategic relationships between Colgate-Palmolive and customers.
• Oversee four distributors and their Sales/Marketing teams.
• Execute frequent trade visits to identify opportunities and ensure 5P execution.
• Drive distribution and coverage in Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels.
