Happy Consulting, C.A. in Venezuela seeks a Sales Executive for Multi-City / Field-Based roles to drive growth across assigned accounts and regions. You will lead commercial strategy, manage distributors, and guide a sales team to maximize market share and ensure flawless 5Ps execution at the point of sale.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in sales or trade marketing, drivers license, and a reliable vehicle for travel across the territory. Fluency in English is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• At least 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing positions.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Owns a reliable vehicle for daily business travel across the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve financial metrics, sales objectives, and market share growth.
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with customers, serving as the primary contact for business development and negotiations.
• Directly oversee the performance of four distributors and their assigned Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and operational excellence.
• Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and guarantee accurate 5Ps execution at the point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage objectives within the Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to increase brand presence and consumer reach.
