Colgate-Palmolive Company in Venezuela is hiring a Sales Executive for multi-city field sales to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across assigned accounts in Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, and other hubs. You will manage key distributors and guide a dedicated sales force to maximize sales performance and ensure flawless execution of the 5Ps.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in Sales or Trade Marketing, proficiency with Google Suite and Excel, a valid driver's license,

Formación

Bachelor's degree completed.
1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
CPG experience with clear market dynamics understanding.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
Valid driver's license and own a vehicle for travel.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to target hubs.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts.
Manage strategic relationships and act as primary contact for business development and negotiations.
Oversee four distributors and their Sales/Marketing teams.
Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities and ensure 5Ps execution.
Drive distribution and coverage in Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels.
