Top Notch Roofing is seeking a Commercial Administrative Assistant to support a Commercial Sales Consultant remotely. You will own the calendar, track commitments, and help with estimates using EagleView measurements and pricing templates, while maintaining precise CRM records.

You should be comfortable working in PST hours, with strong written English and an ownership mindset to keep processes tight and revenue-focused. This full-time remote role emphasizes structure and follow-through.

Formación

• 2+ years supporting a senior leader and owning the structure.
• Proven experience building or owning a tracking system, CRM, or calendar.
• Excellent written English.
• Comfort with measurements, pricing, and spreadsheets.
• JobNimbus or similar CRM experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts.
• Track every commitment through to completion with zero missed follow-ups.
• Prepare take-offs and estimates, including specs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates.
• Keep JobNimbus accurate with a 95-100% CRM accuracy standard.
• Proactively flag stalled items before they become problems.
• Keep the Sales Consultant organized, prepared, and focused on revenue-generating activities.
