This 100% remote role requires strong written and verbal communication, CRM experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear scripts and guidelines.

Formación

• Proven experience in a BDC role or similar customer service/appointment-setting position.
• Experience with CRM systems (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar).
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads.
