Top Notch Roofing is seeking a Commercial Administrative Assistant to support the Commercial Sales Consultant. This remote, full-time role involves owning the calendar, tracking commitments, and driving follow-through to keep deals moving.

You’ll build and defend the weekly schedule, manage JobNimbus/CRM data with high accuracy, and assist with take-offs and pricing templates while maintaining strong written English and remote coordination across PST hours.

Formación

• 2+ years supporting a senior leader with systems ownership.
• Experience building or owning a tracking system, CRM, or calendar.
• Excellent written English and comfort with measurements, pricing, and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts.
• Track every commitment through to completion with zero missed follow-ups.
• Prepare take-offs and estimates, including specs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates.
• Keep JobNimbus accurate with a 95-100% CRM accuracy standard.
• Proactively flag stalled items before they become problems.
• Keep the Sales Consultant organized, prepared, and focused on revenue-generating activities.
