Soaring Towers is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support client communications, operations, and marketing tasks. This fully remote position requires strong English, exceptional organization, and comfort with technology.

You will manage calendars, lead outreach, CRM updates, and basic technical support while collaborating with a US-based team. The role offers ongoing training, exposure to client services, and opportunities to develop additional skills as the company grows.

Formación

• Previous experience as VA or admin
• Strong written and spoken English
• Able to manage multiple tasks remotely
• Professional communication via phone and email
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace
• Based in Venezuela and available full-time with US Pacific overlap

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendars, emails, and follow-ups
• Research prospective clients and leads
• Assist with lead outreach and follow-up
• Communicate with clients via phone/email
• Maintain client records and CRM updates
• Create content for blog/social media
• Provide basic IT troubleshooting per procedures
• Support marketing activities and documentation
