Veta Virtual is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist for one of our clients in the Roofing and Construction industry. You will own end-to-end revenue operations from invoicing to collections and project-based billing, ensuring accuracy against contracts and approvals.

Requirements include 5+ years in US-based accounting with AR and revenue ops focus, proficiency with QuickBooks Online and field-service platforms, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience focusing on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations in US-based companies.
• Experience in construction, roofing, or field services is a major plus.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with JobNimbus/AccuLynx/CompanyCam or similar platforms.
• Comfort with insurance billing and understanding of insurance estimates and supplements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, ClickUp.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from invoicing to collections and project-based billing.
• Review invoices against contracts and approvals; resolve discrepancies with project teams.
• Respond to homeowner, commercial client, and insurer questions on billing and payments.
• Support revenue reporting by tracking job costing and project summaries.
• Drive process improvements and automation for roofing workflows.
• Maintain clear client and partner communications on billing status.
