Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in software training or customer education.
- Proven experience in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
- Minimum of 2 years of MMS/PrimeRx experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide training for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced users.
- Tailor training to pharmacy workflow as needed.
- Conduct client-facing webinars and educate on MMS software.
