Job summary

Parsec Automation, LLC is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join the Technical Enablement team. The role focuses on delivering instructor-led TrakSYS bootcamps for staff, partners, and customers, starting virtually and expanding to in-person sessions as the program grows.

You will learn the bootcamp simulations, handle unscripted questions, and provide learner support while collaborating with SMEs to keep content accurate as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience facilitating technical training for adult learners.
• Experience facilitating training virtually and in person.
• Technical fluency to configure and troubleshoot in an enterprise application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed and lead sessions for a technical audience.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual instructor-led TrakSYS bootcamp sessions, expanding to in-person delivery as the program grows.
• Learn the bootcamp's technical simulations and guide learners through the plant simulations, including live troubleshooting.
• Manage learner experience across cohorts, including pre-work, pacing, labs, and follow-up on items.
• Provide office hours and live Q&A support with SMEs.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to certify internal and partner facilitators.
• Revise modules based on delivery feedback and product updates.
• Coordinate peer reviews with SMEs for accuracy and clarity.
• Create and maintain instructor-led content and lab exercises.
