Job summary

Talantir seeks an experienced Corporate Trainer to deliver ILT, vILT, and blended learning on Microsoft technologies. You will develop engaging materials, run hands-on labs, and guide learners through certifications.

This role requires strong instructional design and the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences in a remote setting. You will track learning outcomes, produce progress reports, and collaborate with teams to shape the training program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Microsoft Technology Instructor.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the listed Microsoft technologies (Azure, 365/Office 365, Power Platform, Windows Server, Entra ID, Intune, or development tools).
• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Microsoft Technology Instructor.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in at least two of the following:
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps)
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
  • .NET, C#, Visual Studio, or related development tools
• Experience delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage participants.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: Up to $4,200.00 per month
