Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is hiring a Software Trainer to assist with law-enforcement software products across multiple states, including Texas and Louisiana. The Trainer is responsible for delivering both virtual and on-site training sessions, developing training materials, and providing customer support in a remote setting. The ideal candidate must possess software training experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and allows for up to 50% travel. A comprehensive understanding of the law enforcement industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to pass and maintain FBI and State Criminal Justice Information Security (CJIS) background.
• Proficient in basic computer skills i.e., updating operating systems and hardware.
• Strong internet capability and an appropriate office environment in residence for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site full-suite product training as required.
• Effectively communicate product features through virtual and one-on-one sessions.
• Write User Guides, FAQs, and system documentation.
